1. Who we are
VerbaNexa is developed by VerbaNexa Limited, a company registered in Ireland.
We are the Data Controller for any personal data you provide to us.
2. What data we collect
We collect only your email address when you register for early access to VerbaNexa.
We do not collect full names, payment information, health data, or any other personal data at this stage.
If you consent to analytics cookies, limited website usage data may also be collected through Google Analytics. This data does not directly identify you.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We collect your email address to notify you when VerbaNexa early access opens and to send you occasional updates about our launch.
Our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submit your email through the early access registration form.
You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time.
4. How long we keep your data
We will keep your email address until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or until VerbaNexa launches and early access communications are complete.
We periodically review our mailing list and remove inactive contacts when no longer necessary.
5. Who we share your data with
We use MailerLite to store and manage email addresses. MailerLite processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right to access — You can ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
- Right to restrict processing — You can ask us to temporarily stop processing your data while an issue is resolved.
- Right to data portability — You can request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object — You can object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent — You can unsubscribe or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- Right to complain — You may lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie

7. California residents
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, managed through our cookie banner when you first visit the website. You can decline without affecting your ability to register for early access.
